Days Duties and Responsibilities :
Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Answers multi-line phone system.
Schedule appointments for patients and physicians.
Takes messages and relays them to appropriate personnel Collects co-pays.
Handles outgoing and incoming faxes.
Imports documents into patient charts.
Perform various clerical and administrative duties.
Keep the reception area clean and organized.
Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements :
High School degree or equivalent One year of experience in a medical office setting.
(Preferred) Consistently arrives at work on time, in professional attire.
Excellent interpersonal/ Customer service skills are required.
Able to work in a fast paced environment.
Able to type 50
Word Per Minute.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
