00 an hour Immediate interviews!!! Outpatient Health Center in Temperance, Michigan has an immediate opening for an experienced, friendly Medical Receptionist with top notch customer service skills! Reception tasks include:
greeting patients, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, reviewing new patient registration, entering patient information into the electronic record system, requesting and collecting co-pays/outstanding balances at the time of check-in/check-out.
The receptionist is also responsible for taking accurate messages and routing correspondence efficiently.
Serves as a liaison between patients and medical support staff.
$300 Sign-On Bonus Monday - Friday, No weekends Must be available to work day and occasional early evening hours.
Qualifications Include:
Medical Reception experience in a health care environment Previous Customer Service experience Experience with Electronic Health Records Experience with Insurance verifications Excellent Computer and phone skills Bi-lingual a plus FMC requires its employees to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 at the time of hire.
